Here's another dilemma that slot slot machine players sometimes find themselves in. You're playing a hot slot machine, it has been giving out a solid 125 percent return on your investment, and it's ripe to hit the big jackpot.

Other players, none of whom is doing anywhere near as well as you, are eyeing your slot machine enviously. All is well with the world - except for one minor point. You have to visit the rest room. The second you cash in and leave, your slot machine will be swooped upon by the hungry masses.
What do you do?

The good news is that, in most casinos, you don't have to give up your favorite slots to go to the bathroom. If you plan to be away from the slot machine for only a few minutes, a casino employee will usually be willing to close down the slot machine temporarily while you're away.

If you want to have the slot machine shut down while you're away for more than 10 minutes - say, for your dinner break - then casinos won't be nearly as cooperative. If the casino is empty, you could probably get away with it - al though a healthy tip would be expected.
